Cancellation Before Shipment 

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier 
   
• To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email 
   
• Once a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 

Orders That Have Been Dispatched 

• Cancellation requests are not accepted once an order has been shipped 
   
• After delivery, items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy 

Order Changes & Modifications 

• Modifications to products or delivery address are not permitted after an order is placed
