Return and Refund Policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging
     
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included with the returned product
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support team
     
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return

How to Request a Return

  • Submit Your Request: Email your return request including Order ID and reason for return to Kalprukshproprivatelimited@gmail.com
     
  • Provide Proof: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to facilitate faster processing
     
  • Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will provide detailed steps to complete the return

Note: Returns not meeting the above conditions may be declined at our discretion

Refund Procedure & Timeline

  • Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet return eligibility requirements
     
  • You will receive notification confirming whether the refund is approved or denied
     
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
     
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been successfully processed

Partial Refunds

If a returned item only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery
